Instead of relying on pesticides, we spray compost teas to enrich the soil, feeding beneficial bacteria and fungi that help our plants thrive.

Just like in human health, sometimes intervention is necessary. If we ever face a serious issue, we treat it with care. We use targeted solutions only when absolutely needed, much like taking antibiotics for an infection. As soon as the problem is resolved, we work to restore balance by reinoculating the soil with compost teas, much like taking prebiotics and probiotics to rebuild gut health.

This approach allows us to produce high-quality wine grapes and lavender while maintaining the integrity of our land. By working with nature, we ensure that every harvest reflects the richness of our soil and the care we put into our farming.
