Culinary Lavender is selected and grown for its edible flowers, and has a milder and sweeter flavor than other varieties. It is a versatile and fragrant herb that can add a touch of elegance and flavour to your dishes, whether you use it fresh or dried.
We stock dried Hidcote culinary Lavender buds all year. Other English varieties are available, but must be ordered by May 31st of each year. Please email us for a list of available edible varieties.
