Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your own booking using the link in your confirmation email. This must be done at least 24 hours in advance, no exceptions. We do not reschedule bookings by phone or email. It is the guest’s responsibility to manage their ticket. Our team schedules staff and prepares food based on confirmed bookings.
Can I book an experience over the phone?
No. All bookings must be made online on our website. We do not take phone bookings.
Do you serve tastings?

How do I book a group tasting?
Groups over 5 people must book in advance.

Are pets allowed?
Leashed dogs are welcome outdoors. Please clean up after your pet. Only service animals are allowed inside the boutique.
Do I need a photography pass to take photos?
Yes. Any professional photography, including client sessions or styled shoots, requires a photography pass and proof of insurance. After booking online, you must complete the photography form before your visit. Drone use is not permitted without advance approval—email info@bonnieheath.org to request permission.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located inside the boutique and outdoor portables are located near the lavender field, in season. Please check in at the boutique and a staff member will guide you.
Do you have tours?
Yes. Guided tours run seasonally and must be booked online in advance.
When does the lavender bloom?
English lavender begins mid-June, followed by French lavender into late July. Peak bloom typically runs from late June to the end of July.
Do you host weddings?
Yes. We offer outdoor wedding and elopement packages. You’ll find full pricing and space options on our Weddings page. Book a Venue Consultation to get a quote.
Is the estate wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The boutique and main gathering areas are accessible. Some field and vineyard areas may be uneven due to the natural terrain. Email info@bonnieheath.org to arrange for special parking in the lavender field.
Do you have “pick your own” lavender?
Yes, during the lavender season. Your ticket includes a bundle of lavender and use of snips. Our team will show you how to harvest when you arrive.
Do I have to pay an entrance fee to visit?
No. There is no admission fee. However, all experiences, including tastings, picnics, and tours must be booked in advance.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all visitors.
Do you sell lavender plants?
Yes, while quantities last. Plants are usually available starting in May. Check our shop page or visit the boutique for current stock.
I can’t make it in person. Do you ship?
Yes. We ship wine, cider and all lavender products across Ontario.
Do you take your bottles back for recycling?
Yes. You’re welcome to return empty Bonnieheath bottles to the boutique for responsible recycling.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is available through our website. Create an account and add bulk items to your cart to see discounts. For questions about products or restocking, email info@bonnieheath.org.
