Refund policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All service bookings and experience tickets are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. You can reschedule by using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your Bonnieheath account, clicking “View Your Bookings,” and selecting “Reschedule” on the applicable reservation. After the 24-hour cut-off, bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Ticket holders are fully responsible for managing their own reservations.

Product Returns

We have a 14-day return policy on eligible products. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@bonnieheath.org. Return postage and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to submit a freight-damage claim. Be sure to note any visible damage when signing for the package, as claims cannot be made without this.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), special event tickets (including paid partnership events), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
