$95 per person with charcuterie, $85 without food
Every ticket includes a styled picnic setting, @ beverage of your choice, and a bouquet of estate-grown lavender. Pick fresh lavender when in bloom, or enjoy a dried bouquet.
If you chose the "No Food" option, we include an outside food pass. Your entire party must choose this option for the fee to be waived. We also ask that you take your own garbage home with you. Absolutely NO, outside beverages are permitted on our property.
You can add on items such as our Shabby Chic Picnic, which includes a blanket, pillows, basket, and book so you can lounge, sip, and relax awhile longer.

On arrival, please provide your party name and order number at the counter inside the boutique. One of our Hosts will offer you your choice of beverage.
For groups that order food: You’ll then receive your Charcuterie Snack Box.
You will be given lavender picking tools to used during your visit They must be returned.
Once you’ve finished your picnic, come back to the boutique to have your flowers wrapped; or, if you prefer, you can choose a pre-picked or dried bouquet instead.

We visited Bonnieheath for the vintage picnic experience to celebrate our anniversary. The venue itself is lovely, and one of the highlights was being able to enjoy fresh grapes straight from the vine. I also appreciated that the team accommodated our booking during the off-season, as we were looking forward to supporting a local family farm and enjoying something special together.
Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations, particularly given the price.
We had requested an indoor picnic but were set up outdoors instead. The picnic setup was underwhelming, considering the cost. What they did put together was nice, but not worth it. I had hoped for a little more attention to detail to make the experience feel special. The website describes being greeted at the bar, selecting your drinks, and then being directed to your picnic with your grazing plate. In our case, we were sent to our picnic spot and waited for about five minutes before my husband went inside to ask what we should do. Someone then came out to take our drink order, while my husband went into the fridge and got out grazing plate. A little more communication and a warmer, more organized arrival would have made a big difference.
The food was another area where we felt there was room for improvement. The charcuterie came in a small box that we had to collect ourselves. We understand that some aspects may be self-service, but it would have been helpful to know this in advance, especially as first-time guests. The cheese selection, including Babybel, Laughing Cow, and Balderson aged cheddar, also felt fairly basic for this type of experience. Something like brie or whipped feta, along with more thoughtful presentation, would have helped elevate the offering. We were also a little unsure about the presentation of the crackers and turkey jerky sticks, which weren't in their original packaging.
Ultimately, the biggest concern for us was value for money. Our total came to $214, and we had anticipated a more elevated and memorable experience for that price. With a charcuterie box listed at $25 and a glass of wine at $8, it was difficult to see how the overall experience justified the cost. We were hoping for those extra touches that make a special occasion feel different from something we could easily put together ourselves.
I genuinely wanted to love this experience, especially because we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to support a local family farm. The setting has a lot of potential, and with more attentive service, clearer communication, and a more elevated food offering, I think it could be a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and felt that the experience didn't provide the value we had hoped for.
I appreciate Bonnieheath accommodating us during the off-season, but based on our experience, I would have difficulty recommending the vintage picnic at its current price point. I hope this feedback is helpful as there is potential here for a truly special experience.
We had an amazing dreamy anniversary among the lavenders. We're grateful to Cory for setting up the swing picnic table for us. We had a fantastic time arranging the charcuterie box on our vintage place and eating off of it. The star of the board was the homemade lavender infused honey. I will definitely recommend it 10/10

The vintage picnic setup was amazing! My family and I had a great time enjoying the charcuterie, strolling through the vineyard, and picking lavender.
My bestie and I had a wonderful time at our vintage picnic. Such a beautiful setting and the staff so kind & thoughtful. The lavender lemonade is delish and the gift shop doesn’t disappoint. Very highly recommend. Treat yourself!
