Bonnieheath Estate is one of only six wineries in Ontario offering onsite accommodations, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Guests can explore the vineyard, walking trails, and lavender fields while enjoying a peaceful getaway.

Accommodations
We offer two lodging options within our estate:

Farmhouse – A vintage three-bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 8 guests. Ideal for families, friends, or professionals seeking a tranquil setting, it features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, TVs in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, and an eight-person outdoor hot tub.

Cellar Suite – A private and modern retreat for couples, featuring a two-person hot tub and comfortable furnishings for a relaxing stay.

Guests hosting any type of celebration or party must book both the Farmhouse and the Cellar Suite, accommodating up to 10 guests overnight. Events can host up to 30 daytime guests with a $15 per-person Celebration Fee, booked in advance.

Events, Gatherings & Noise Policy
Bonnieheath Estate is a popular destination for day trips, weddings, and celebrations. To ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience, we enforce a strict noise policy.

Guests who book only the Farmhouse must keep noise levels down, as the Cellar Suite is located below.

Guests hosting larger events must book both accommodations to prevent noise disturbances.

The County of Norfolk enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Violation of noise policies results in a $1,000 fine.

Purchased Experiences & Add-ons
Guests can book wine, cider, and food experiences in advance through our website. Popular add-ons include picnics, charcuterie boards, and baked goods, which can be set up or delivered to the house. Emailing is only required for special requests.

Pet Policy
We welcome small and medium-sized dogs up to 30 lbs. Pets must remain off furniture, and owners must provide their own pet bed to avoid extra cleaning fees. Pets cannot be left alone inside and must be leashed when walking the farm.

Alcohol & Smoking Policy
Outdoor smoking only; a $250 fee applies for violations. Guests may enjoy their own alcohol at the house and front yard, while Bonnieheath wines and ciders can be enjoyed anywhere on the estate.

Cellar Suite Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details for your stay. Early and late check-ins are only available at certain times and we only know 24 hrs before your stay. If it's available and we can get extra staff, we can let you know. Extra fees apply for this service.

Per Person Celebration Fee

This fee is per person when hosting more than 10 people in the Farmhouse and Cellar Suite.
