My order was not placed fourteen days ago, it was placed 11.17.25. At the time I paid $12.75 for faster shipping. The order confirmation on the 17th stated that you were "getting my order ready" and I would be contacted when the order shipped. I left a message on 12.26.25 because I had not heard anything, asking to be contacted with the status of the order. I heard nothing. I left a second message on 1.8.26. Again I received no answer. If you weren't able to fulfill the order before your "break" you should not have taken the order. As of today, I have still not received the product, and as such I CANNOT REVIEW IT. I would prefer a refund at this point but I still don't know what the status of the order is right now. I specifically ordered from a local company in order to support it when I could easily have ordered, and had delivered, something from Amazon. Disappointed.
