We only offer our fresh lavender during the lavender bloom. Bloom is typically between the end of June and very early August.
Be sure to take care of your lavender when you arrive home. Fresh lavender bunches will live up to 10 days in water. If you wanted to keep your lavender forever, you can dry the bunches after 2 to 3 days in water. Cut off any brown parts of the stem and hang to dry. For best results, make sure your lavender is spaced out when drying with plenty of air circulation. Humidity will cause the flowers to produce mildew.
