Made with the first run of late harvest Marechal Foch grapes. The first run is the juice that comes off of the grapes after harvesting, but before the grape is crushed or destemmed. Late season harvest, when the grapes are at their peak sweetness, produced a well balanced, yet higher alcohol content of 12.0%

Overall experience was a great day of lavender fields and company. The weather was little hot but cool. Was able to sit under the gazebo and try a few wines for this season. Excellent 👍 wines and the staff was very accommodating. Good customer relations from the Roses&Ribbons venue and the food from the Devlins catering company for that day. Appetizers was great.
Would definitely go again.
